    They are caring, thorough, and try to accommodate yr needs with yr pets, as best they can.. feeling comfortable with yr vet is crucial .

    They say they have 24 hr emergency service but don't answer emergency calls. Tried calling 5 times without any success and had to drive to an emergency clinic in Edmonton..
