  Best service EVER. had to bring two young kids with us and Lori made the whole process a breeze. Absolutely everything was prepared and done for us, just had to jump in and drive away.   Dodge Ram dealer that was a pleasure to deal with. Lorie was great, she guided me through the process of purchasing a truck that I wanted. My 5 star truck concierge service was completed with handshake like it should be. They honoured all our deals we made over the phone. Best buying experience for a truck I have ever had.

  Horrible custom care with my truck, had my truck go there to get clear 3M on the front end done. They forgot to wrap one mirror. Used a knife against the paint to trim the roof wrap. Finished the truck first thing in the morning and they let it sit outside for 6 hrs. I drove by twice. Stopped in & saw that they finished the 3m. No one called to say it was done. I do not recommend using big west for anything.
