    Jeanine Sundsten obviously has no idea what she is talking about, all the employees are great and have never charged me anything extra, definitely nothing illegal going down at the Drayton Valley EB Games, the staff is full of knowledge and respectfully friendly, the only problem with the store is some of the people who shop there....

    I enjoy the benefits of pre ordering and getting extra goodies. But I don't care for someone, one of the employee's has just been adding on the game guarantee's onto my sales. Now that I've noticed them on my pre orders, I'll be looking at my receipt before leaving the store. It's illegal to add things onto a customers order/sale. The only time I really get it is when I buy a previously played game in case something is wrong with it. Not for brand new.

    The staff are great! The manager has been with the store since i moved to town 7 years ago! Super helpful and knowledgeable about all the products.
