  I bought a house with carole lapointe. She seemed very good at first. Their was a plumbing issue. In the contract it was suppose to say the buyer and seller would split the cost of the plumbing up to and including 500$. Since I was the buyer I wasnt going to pay 1000s to repair their problems. They need to sell a house that is move in ready. after signing this contract carole called me back to sign the contract again. Said we passed the date for all the inspections and stuff to occur. So I ran in quickly and signed. Carole didnt say to a maximum on the contract. Luckily for me the amount was no higher then 500 dollars but because of her mistake it nearly cost me 1000s of dollars. When I called her about this error she put it on me and was very rude and arrogant. To the point that the day before all the signatures she dropped me as a client. She never took responsibility for her error and whats worse is she made matters worse for me when I asked that she fix it.
